Installer
Job Description
We are hiring for Installer positions, where individuals may learn our trade and advance into leadership roles. We are a growing mechanical installation company within the exciting E-Commerce and supply chain Industry. We install all styles of shelving and pallet racking systems, mezzanines, industrial lifts, conveyors, dock equipment, modular offices, and other commercial installations. We install within warehouses and distribution centers, so most of our work is indoor and climate controlled. Installers will work under the direction of the Foremen and Superintendent to complete jobs correctly and on schedule. Must have experience with power tools, construction mathematics and be coachable to learn our trade. Must be flexible to changing job-site locations and have individual transportation. Currently, most of our work is in Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah Counties, but we do work out-of-state on occasion. Applicants must be able and willing to work out of town when required.

Job Responsibilities
Applicants will be responsible for showing up to work on time each day. Must have a few basic tools, including a tape measure, marker, tin snips, and steel-toed boots. Installers will be responsible for tasks given them by the Foreman and must be able to meet deadlines. Installers will be responsible for learning install processes, learning how to manage projects, and assisting in all areas of the project to ensure safety and quality control standards. Installers will learn to run forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment, as well as other machinery and tools.
Job Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of prior construction experience is preferred for this position. A high level of mechanical knowledge is preferred and useful for many of our projects. Must have an above average work ethic and positive mental attitude. Must be coachable, able to work well with others, and work in high-pressure situations. Must be physically active and able to consistently lift heavy objects while being safety conscious. Must be willing to submit to random drug tests. Must submit a resume and give references.

Superintendent
Job Description
We are hiring for our Superintendent position, where individuals may lead and manage our installation crews and complete complex and exciting projects. We are a professional mechanical installation company within the Material Handling Industry. We install all styles of shelving and pallet racking systems, mezzanines, industrial lifts, cranes, conveyor, fans, dock equipment, module offices, and other commercial installs. Most of our work is indoor and climate controlled as we install within warehouses and distribution centers. Installers and Foreman work under the direction of the Superintendent to complete jobs correctly and on schedule. Applicants must have experience with reading complex construction plans/blueprints, using power tools, welding equipment, trailers, construction mathematics, laser leveling techniques, and be coachable to learn our specific trade and installation processes. Must be willing/able to work out of state on occasion. Most of our work is in Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, and Weber Counties, but applicants must be able and willing to work out of town when required. A company truck will be provided for work transportation.

Job Responsibilities
Applicants will be responsible for showing up to work on time each day and conducting safety and daily goal meetings. Must have a few basic tools, including a hammer, tape measure, marker, tin snips, hard hat, and steel toed boots. Superintendent will be responsible for project management and will acquire needed supplies and tools. Superintendents will often work side by side with the crews to complete installations. Superintendents must lead by example. They must be experienced in problem solving and meeting deadlines. Superintendents and Foremen will be responsible for reading/ studying project drawings and delegating project tasks to crew members. They oversee all areas of the project to ensure safety and quality control. They must be proficient and able to run trucks, trailers, forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment, as well as other machinery and tools. Must be experienced with hauling heavy trailers, securing loads and heavy equipment. Superintendents help to coordinate daily/weekly/monthly project schedules for crews. This position requires a minimum of 40 hours per work week, with the potential of some mandatory overtime when needed.
Job Qualifications
At least 8-10 years of prior construction experience is preferred for this position. Must have an above average work ethic and positive mental attitude. Must have an above average ability to problem solve and coordinate with other management and customers. Must be coachable, able to work well with others, and work in high pressure situations. Must be willing/able to abide by strict company safety policies and enforce them with crew members. Must be physically active and able to consistently lift heavy steel while being safety conscious of themselves and their crew members. Must be willing to submit to random drug tests. Having a CDL or other OSHA or MSHA Certifications are needed (Can be acquired once employed). Having basic electrician knowledge is needed. A two year + degree (or equivalent) is also required. Must be able to show project history. Must be proficient with basic computer programs, including Excel and Word.
